1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
For global styles shipped directly from our international partners (including China), please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and international delivery options. Delivery times vary based on your location and the product’s origin.

Domestic Warehouse (India):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Global Warehouse (International Styles):

  • Standard International Shipping: 15–50 business days

  • Express International Shipping (select regions): 10–20 business days

Note: International orders may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience -  your global finds are worth the wait! 💫

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll always see the total shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your jewelry’s journey — from our global warehouse to your doorstep.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t reached you, please check with your neighbours, building security, or local courier office.
Still can’t find it? Email us at missmelodramashop@gmail.com and we’ll help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you’ve made an error, reach out to us immediately at missmelodramashop@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
